All our meat products are free-range, organic, and enjoy a happy and healthy environment on Southgate farm, Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire, where they are well-fed and exercised daily. Our Jersey royals are grown by Phil Jones of Butland farm, Jersey.
Our dishes are gracefully served on classic white-and-red Delph crockery.
